As such, if you place an order and choose to cancel for any reason, we retain 50% of the total cost as a restocking fee. This covers the nonrefundable deposit and the employees' time spent on animal care.

If any health issues arise or the animal does not match the description provided, you must notify us within 24 hours. We'll work with you to resolve any concerns.
